  1. You are an idiot trying to sell a program by Dunbar for $179.00 – What’s your cut? He does not even get the Marchman Act correct. It is a law that has nothing to do with what he says it does. Wow…what a moron.

    1. Well, I don’t consider myself an idiot, and I think that’s a very subjective type of criticism to lodge, so I think we’ll have to agree to disagree on that one.

I get no cut or commission of any kind from any sales of the St Jude Program. I’d gladly disclose the information if I did.

What does she get wrong about the Marchman Act? She quotes a court clerk’s description of how someone can be involuntarily admitted for treatment under the Marchman Act – so I’m not sure how you think she’s misrepresenting the nature of the law. It seems that you are wrong in your assertion that it has “nothing to do” with what she says it does.

Are there some facts you have which back up your assertion, that you haven’t made me aware of yet? If so, please present them. Until then, it’s kind of foolish to go calling her a moron.

  2. I can only guess that Tim is an interventionist and/or a treatment provider who financially benefits from horrendous laws like the Marchman Act. And based on his short, caustic, ignorant response, it seems my blog may have exceeded his cognitive ability. Not only do I quote the explanation of the Marchman Act from a Florida Town Court website, but I additionally offer free help for those in need (i.e. reading my blogs or calling me directly toll free) as well as a thorough and comprehensive program that was not written by me, but that I am endorsing as an inexpensive alternative to a costly intervention (average cost $5,000) that will do much more harm than good.
